Victory Electric Cooperative's Employees and Board of Directors have derived a culture statement. It is based upon integrity, honesty, loyalty, accountability, with benevolence to each other and our consumers. In respect for ethnic diversity and a moral obligation, our goals are to cultivate and educate our fellow employees and board of directors to better serve ourselves and our consumers with intellectual wisdom. Our creed of fundamental beliefs guides us to accomplish our Mission Statement.

The mission of Victory Electric Cooperative is to provide a safe reliable service at a competitive rate, provide economic development opportunities and services for our consumers, and to ensure the financial stability of the Cooperative through the use of prudent business practices and the latest technology.
